Action

In the Browser View, click the tip text. Note that in this case, the green box does not span the entire description of the tip.

Now click the toolbar button as shown in the image above to expand the green box to span the entire tip description.

Then right-click the green box and select the menu item "Extract" | "Extract Text" | "Tip.description".
